摘    要:目的了解河南中医药大学护理学院“南丁格尔”护理实验班学生的真实体验。方法采用质性研究中的现象学研究方法,对11名“南丁格尔”实验班学生进行个人深入访谈,采用Colaizzi 7步分析法提炼主题。结果通过分析、整理和提炼,得出提升自我效能感、榜样力量、提高综合素质、激发学习动机、学习需求多样5个主题。结论应有针对性地学生进行指导与支持,提高护生自我效能感,树立合理榜样典范,满足学生多样化需求,以提升学生综合能力。

Abstract:Objective To explore the real experience of the students in“Nightingale”nursing experimental class.Methods The phenomenological methodology was used in the study.An in-depth interview was conducted with 11 students from“Nightingale”nursing experimental class.And the theme was extracted by Colaizzi’s 7-step analysis method.Results Through analysis,collation and refinement,five themes were obtained,including improving self-efficacy,model strength,improving comprehensive quality,stimulating learning motivation and diverse learning needs.Conclusion We should have pointed to“Nightingale”nursing experimental class students with guidance and support,to improve the nursing students self-efficacy,set reasonable example models,in order to meet the diversified demands students,improve students’comprehensive ability.
