隔药饼灸治疗围绝经期血脂紊乱29例

目的比较隔药饼灸和隔姜灸对围绝经期血脂紊乱的疗效差异,为临床治疗工作优选间隔物提供实验室依据。方法将59例患者随机分为治疗组29例和对照组30例。治疗组采用隔药饼灸,对照组采用隔姜灸。2组穴位均选双侧天枢、足三里、丰隆、血海、三阴交,每日治疗1次,20次为1个疗程,共2个疗程。观察2组治疗前后的血脂指标,并评价临床疗效。结果治疗组血清总胆固醇(total cholesterol,TC)、载脂蛋白B(Apolipoprotein B,Apo-B)、三酰甘油(triglyceride,TG)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(low-density lipoprotein cholesterol,LDL-C)治疗前后差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。对照组治疗前后TC、LDL-C差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。2组治疗后Apo-B差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论2种间接灸法均能有效改善血脂水平,治疗组总体显效率优于对照组。在改善Apo-B水平方面,隔药饼灸优于隔姜灸。

Medicinal Cake Partitioned Moxibustion in the Treatment of Dyslipidemia during Peri-menopausal Period for 29 Cases

Objective To compare the curative effect between indirect moxibustion with traditional Chinese medicine and another with ginger on dyslipidemia during peri-menopausal period,to provide laboratory basis for optimizing moxibustion spacer in clinical therapeutic practice.Methods 59 patients were randomly divided into treatment group(29 cases)and control group(30 cases).The treatment group was treated with medicinal cake partitioned moxibustion,while the control group with ginger partitioned moxibustion.The acupoints in the two groups both were bilateral Tianshu(ST25),Zusanli(ST36),Fenglong(ST40),Xuehai(SP10),Sanyinjiao(SP6).The treatment was given once a day,20 times as a course of treatment and two courses were required.The blood lipid indexes of the two groups before and after treatment were observed,and the clinical efficacy evaluated.Results TC,Apo-B,TG,LDL-C before and after treatment in the treatment group were statistically significant(P<0.05).TC and LDL-C before and after treatment in the control group were statistically significant(P<0.05).Apo-B after treatment in the two groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Both two groups can effectively adjust blood lipid level,while the overall marked efficiency of treatment group is better.In lowering the level of Apo-B,medicinal cake partitioned moxibustion group is better than ginger partitioned moxibustion group.
