多元化混合教学模式在病原生物与免疫学实验教学中的探索

摘    要:目的为提高病原生物与免疫学实验课教学质量,培养创新型人才,通过运用多元化混合教学模式,探索混合教学模式的可行性及对教学效果的影响,为信息化教育与传统教学的整合优化积累实践经验。方法以贵州中医药大学2017级中医学专业2个班为研究对象,分为新实验教学组(94人)和传统实验教学组(96人)。基于新兴教学模式,探索了包括应用在线课堂等多元化混合教学模式,如微视频、微课、实验技能短片等,并引入互联网资源讨论交流。通过综合成绩比较、学生评教、问卷调查评估教学改革实施效果。结果新实验教学组学生综合成绩平均分、优秀率以及对教师的综合评价明显高于传统实验教学组(P<0.01)。问卷调查结果显示,学生认为多元化混合教学模式适用于病原生物与免疫学实验课,能提高学习兴趣,有助于对学习理论知识的理解和掌握,能提高科学思维能力及创新能力。结论与传统教学模式相比,多元化混合教学模式可提升学生对病原生物与免疫学的学习兴趣,提高学习成绩、科学思维能力及创新能力,有助于对学习理论知识的理解和掌握。

Abstract:Objective To improve the teaching quality of pathogenic biology and immunology experimental courses,cultivate innovative talents,and explore the feasibility of mixed teaching mode and its impact on teaching effects by using a variety of mixed teaching modes for information education and traditional teaching.Integration and optimization accumulate practical experience.Methods Two classes of 2017 Chinese medicine major of Guizhou University of Traditional Chinese Medicine were taken as research objects,and they were divided into new experimental teaching group(94 students)and traditional experimental teaching group(96 students).Based on the emerging teaching model,we have explored a variety of mixed teaching models including online classrooms,such as micro-videos,micro-classes,and experimental skills videos.Evaluate the effect of teaching reform through comprehensive score comparison,student evaluation and questionnaire survey.Results The average score,excellent rate and comprehensive evaluation of teachers in the new experimental teaching group were significantly higher than those in the traditional experimental teaching group(P<0.01).The results of the questionnaire survey show that students believe that the diversified mixed teaching mode is suitable for pathogenic biology and immunology experimental courses,which can increase learning interest,help to understand and master theoretical knowledge,and improve scientific thinking and innovation.Conclusion Compared with the traditional teaching mode,the diversified mixed teaching mode can improve students’interest in pathogenic biology and immunology,improve their academic performance,scientific thinking ability and innovation ability,and it is helpful to understand and master the theoretical knowledge.
