远近配穴结合电针对降低青光眼高眼压影响的临床观察

目的通过远近配穴结合电针治疗原发性青光眼,观察患者的高眼压变化情况。方法收集原发性开角型青光眼患者63例(63眼),原发性闭角型青光眼37例(45眼),采用自身前后对照的方法,运用远近配穴结合电针(主穴:球后穴、太冲穴,配穴:合谷、足三里,电针取穴:太冲+合谷/太冲+足三里,每次留针20 min)治疗1~2个疗程后,观察患者眼压变化。结果治疗前原发性开角型青光眼患者眼压(16.41±1.21)mm Hg,慢性闭角型青光眼患者眼压(23.62±0.74)mm Hg,治疗后原发性开角型青光眼患者眼压(14.42±0.63)mm Hg,慢性闭角型青光眼患者眼压(22.67±1.62)mm Hg。治疗前后比较差异具有统计学意义(P1=0.001<0.05,P2=0.000<0.05)。原发性开角型青光眼患者有效率79%,慢性闭角型青光眼患者有效率44%,总有效率64.8%。结论远近配穴结合电针治疗可以在一定程度上降低原发性青光眼患者眼压,提高患者的生存质量。

Clinical Observation on Distal-proximal Points Combination Combined with Electro-acupuncture on Reducing High Intraocular Pressure in Glaucoma

Objective To observe the changes of distal-proximal points combination combined with electro-acupuncture on reducing high intraocular pressure in glaucoma.Methods 63 cases(63 eyes)of primary open angle glaucoma and 37 cases(45 eyes)of primary angle closure glaucoma were collected.The patients’eyes were observed after 1-2 courses of treatment with distal-proximal points combination combined with electro-acupuncture(main acupoints:Qiuhou(EX-HN7),Taichong(LR3),Hegu(LI4),Zusanli(ST36),electro-acupuncture:Taichong(LR3)and Hegu(LI4)/Taichong(LR3)and Zusanli(ST36),20 minutes each time).The change of intraocular pressure was observed.Results The intraocular pressure of patients with primary open-angle glaucoma before treatment was(16.41±1.21)mmHg,chronic angle-closure glaucoma was(23.62±0.74)mmHg,primary open-angle glaucoma was(14.42±0.63)mmHg after treatment,and chronic angle-closure glaucoma was(22.67±1.62)mmHg.There were significant differences before and after treatment(P1=0.001<0.05,P2=0.000<0.05).The effective rate of primary open-angle glaucoma was 79%,chronic angle-closure glaucoma was 44%,and the total effective rate was 64.8%.Conclusion The distal-proximal points combination combined with electro-acupuncture can reduce the intraocular pressure of primary glaucoma patients to a certain extent and improve the quality of life of patients.
