马云枝教授心脑同治法治疗中风经验

目的中风病高发病率、高复发率、高致残率,这引起了广大群众及医生们对于本病的重视。马云枝教授是第二批国家级名老中医,其在数十年从事脑病专业的临床工作中对治疗中风有着丰富的经验,并在本病诊疗过程中形成了心脑同治的学术思想。方法通过介绍中风的病因病机,分析马云枝教授运用心脑同治在中风中应用的理论基础及异病同治的思想,并附以验案一则。结果通过分析、总结得出对马云枝教授运用心脑同治的理论治疗中风的经验。结论在中风合并心系疾病的治疗中,应用马云枝教授的心脑同治法可获得良好疗效,临床应用中值得推广及应用。

Experience of Professor Ma Yunzhi in the Treatment of Stroke with Concurrent Treatment of Brain and Heart

Objective Because of the high incidence of stroke, high recurrence rate, and high disability rate, this has caused the masses and doctors to pay attention to this disease. Professor Ma Yunzhi is the second batch of state-level famous Chinese medicine practitioners. She has rich experience in the treatment of stroke in the clinical work of encephalopathy for decades, and formed the academic thought of treating the mind and brain in the course of diagnosis and treatment of this disease. Methods By introducing the etiology and pathogenesis of stroke, the author analyzed the theoretical basis of the application of the mind and brain in the treatment of stroke and the idea of treating different diseases, and attaches a case to the case. Results Through the analysis and summary, Professor Ma Yunzhi’s experience in treating stroke with the theory of heart and brain. Conclusion In the treatment of stroke and heart disease,Professor Ma Yunzhi’s concurrent treatment of brain and heart can achieve good curative effect, which is worthy of promotion and application in clinical application.
