中医儿科学青年教师教学基本功的研究和探讨

随着我国中医药事业的发展和对外交流的增强,中医药人才的需求逐渐增多。而中医药人才的培养需要各方面的共同努力。其中教师的培养尤其重要,而作为中医院校教学中坚力量的青年教师,他们的培养更是重中之重。在青年教师的培养过程中,基本功的培养尤为重要。其基本功包括扎实的中西医理论,如中医经典理论和现代医学理论;通过观摩教学、试讲、参加教学比赛、青年教师导师制、培训和学生反馈等;以及中医临床基本功的练习为教学提供临床素材。只有通过提高青年教师这些方面的基本功,才能让青年教师真正成长起来,为中医药事业培养更多优秀的中医药人才。

Research and Discussion on the Basic Teaching Skills of Young Teachers of Pediatrics of Traditional Chinese Medicine

As the development of traditional Chinese medicine and the enhancement of communication with other countries, the demand for talents in TCM is increasing. The cultivation of TCM talents requires joint efforts from all sides. Among them, the training of teachers is particularly important, and the training of young teachers, who are the backbone of teaching in TCM universities, is very importance. In the process of training young teachers, the training of basic skills is particularly important. The basic skills include solid theories of TCM and western medicine, such as the classical theory of traditional Chinese medicine and modern medical theory,through observing teaching, teaching trial, participating in teaching competitions, young teachers’ tutorial system, training and student feedback, etc. As well as the clinical basic skill practice provides the clinical material for the teaching. Only by improving the basic skills of young teachers in these aspects can young teachers really grow up and cultivate more outstanding talents of TCM.
