微创经椎间孔腰椎间融合术联合中药封包疗法治疗腰椎滑脱症分析

目的分析微创经椎间孔腰椎间融合术联合中药封包疗法治疗腰椎滑脱症的临床效果。方法从2017年4月—2018年4月收治的腰椎滑脱症74例为研究对象,采用随机数字表法平均分为常规组和联合治疗组2组,常规组(37例)单用微创经椎间孔腰椎间融合术治疗,联合治疗组(37例)采用微创经椎间孔腰椎间融合术联合中药封包疗法治疗。分析2组患者不同治疗前后腰椎功能障碍指数ODI评分和临床治疗总有效率的差异性。结果治疗后,联合治疗组腰椎功能障碍指数ODI评分(5.23±0.02)分,明显低于治疗前(P<0.05),且明显低于常规组(P<0.05);联合治疗组临床治疗总有效率为94.59%,明显高于常规组(P<0.05)。结论微创经椎间孔腰椎间融合术联合中药封包疗法治疗腰椎滑脱的临床效果显著,可推广应用。

Analysis of Minimally Invasive Transforaminal Lumbar Interbody Fusion Combined with Traditional Chinese Medicine Encapsulation Therapy in the Treatment of Lumbar Spondylolisthesis

Objective To analyze the clinical effect of minimally invasive transforaminal lumbar interbody fusion combined with traditional Chinese medicine encapsulation therapy in the treatment of lumbar spondylolisthesis.Methods From April 2017 to April 2018,74 cases of our hospital during the period of lumbar olisthe disease were select as the research objects.The digital method was used.They were randomly divided into normal group and combined group.The conventional group(37 cases)received minimally invasive intervertebral foramen lumbar fusion treatment alone,and combined group(37 cases)received minimally invasive intervertebral foramen lumbar fusion combined with traditional Chinese medicine therapy for the packets.The differences of lumbar dysfunction index ODI score and total clinical response rate before and after different treatments were analyzed.Results After treatment,the ODI score(5.23±0.02)in the combined treatment group was significantly lower than that before treatment(P<0.05),and it was significantly lower than that in the conventional group(P<0.05).The total clinical response rate of the combined treatment group was 94.59%,which was significantly higher than that of the conventional group(P<0.05).Conclusion Minimally invasive transforaminal lumbar interbody fusion combined with traditional Chinese medicine encapsulation therapy in the treatment of lumbar spondylolisthesis has remarkable clinical effects and can be widely used.
