中医本科生临床带教的几个问题探讨

临床实践是医学教育的重要组成部分,中医本科生早期进入临床对树立职业信念、坚定中医职业生涯具有深远影响。临床带教首先要树立学生学习中医的信心;培养、训练学生的中医临床思维;将中医特色诊疗思路贯穿始终,让学生领会中西医诊病的区别,在相互比较中,掌握中医诊疗的特点,了解中医药的特点与优势,提高中医学生学习能力及分析、解决问题能力。

Discussion on Several Problems in the Clinical Teaching of Undergraduates of Traditional Chinese Medicine

Clinical practice is an important part of medical education,the early entry of traditional Chinese medicine undergraduates into the clinic has far-reaching implications for establishing professional beliefs and strengthening the career of Chinese medicine.Clinical teaching must first establish the confidence of students in learning traditional Chinese medicine,cultivate and train students’clinical thinking of traditional Chinese medicine.Throughout the traditional Chinese medicine diagnosis and treatment ideas,let students understand the difference between Chinese and Western medicine consultation,in comparison with each other,master the characteristics of TCM diagnosis and treatment,and understand the characteristics and advantages of TCM,improve the learning ability of Chinese medicine students and their ability to analyze and solve problems.
