应用型本科制药工程专业人才培养的研究与实践

摘    要:依据我校的办学优势和国际化医药市场对应用型制药工程人才培养的要求,我们在制药工程专业人才培养方面进行了积极有益的探索。通过对制药工程专业培养目标的准确定位,深化教学内容与课程体系改革,重视学生工程实践能力和创新意识的培养,构建适应制药行业发展新要求的新工科专业知识体系,打造一支基础理论扎实、工程技术能力过硬的多学科融合的“双师型”教师队伍,创建符合新工科发展规律的具有我校特色的应用型人才培养模式。

Abstract:According to the advantages of our school and the requirements of the international pharmaceutical market for the cultivation of applied pharmaceutical engineering talents,we have made a positive and beneficial exploration in the cultivation of pharmaceutical engineering talents.Through accurate positioning of the training goal,deepening the reform of teaching content and course system,Attaching importance to the cultivation of students’engineering practice ability and innovative consciousness,to construct a new professional knowledge system of engineering to meet the new requirements of the development of pharmaceutical industry,build a multi-disciplinary integrated double-teacher team that not only understands pharmaceutical knowledge but also has solid engineering and technical ability,establish the application-oriented talent training mode with the characteristics of our school in line with the development law of new engineering.
