中医儿科临床研究生培养模式的问题与思考

随着人民对儿科医疗服务的更大需求,目前全国中医儿科临床面临严峻挑战,优秀的临床研究生是中医儿科发扬光大的重要储备力量。目前关于临床暴露出的儿科研究生培养问题亟待解决,如何培养优秀的中医儿科高级临床专业人才对中医儿科学的发展则显得至关重要。对此笔者根据导师多年教育经验,对中医儿科临床型研究生培养过程中的体会与同道分享,此撰文之旨。

Problems and Thoughts on the Training Model of Clinical Postgraduates in Pediatrics of Traditional Chinese Medicine

With the increasing demand of the people for pediatric medical services,pediatrics of traditional Chinese medicine clinics are facing severe challenges.Excellent clinical postgraduates are an important reserve force for the development of pediatrics of traditional Chinese medicine.At present,the problem of training pediatric postgraduates exposed in clinic needs to be solved urgently.How to train excellent senior clinical professionals in pediatrics of traditional Chinese medicine is very important for the development of pediatrics of traditional Chinese medicine.According to the tutor’s many years of educational experience,the author shares with colleagues the experience in the training process of clinical postgraduates in pediatrics of traditional Chinese medicine.
