PBL教学方法在中西医结合外科护理教学中的应用

摘    要:目的探讨PBL教学方法在中西医结合外科护理教学中的应用效果。方法将2017年6月—2018年6月实习的护理学本科学生80名,按照随机数字表法分为2组,每组40名,对照组给予常规教学方法,观察组给予PBL教学方法,比较2组学生的护理技能成绩、三基成绩及通过问卷调查比较2组教学模式的优劣。结果观察组学生护理技能成绩明显高于对照组,2组间比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组学生三基成绩明显高于对照组,2组间比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);问卷调查结果显示:PBL教学方法能明显加深对护理三基理解、提高护理技能和调动自主学习积极性;PBL教学方法能够明显提高实习生的中医辨证施护思维能力。结论PBL教学方法在中西医结合外科护理教学中作用显著,可以提高学生理论和实践技能成绩,提高学生中医辨证施护思维能力,改善临床护理教学质量,值得推广应用。

Abstract:Objective To explore the application effect of PBL teaching method in the teaching of integrated nursing of traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine.Methods 80 undergraduate nursing students of traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine in our hospital from June 2017 to June 2018 were divided into two groups according to the random number table,with 40 cases in each group.The control group was given regular teaching methods.The observation group was gave the PBL teaching method.The nursing skill scores,the three-base scores,the advantages and disadvantages of the two groups of teaching modes through questionnaire survey were compared.Results The nursing skill scores of the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group,and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).The scores of the students in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control groupm and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).The results of the questionnaire survey show that the PBL teaching method can significantly deepen the understanding of nursing three foundations,improve the ability of nursing skills and mobilize the enthusiasm of independent learning;PBL teaching methods can significantly improve the interns’ability of dialectical thinking and protection.Conclusion The PBL teaching method plays significant role in the teaching of surgical nursing in integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine.It can improve the students’theoretical and practical skills,improve the students’ability of dialectical thinking and improve the quality of clinical nursing teaching.It is worth to be popularized and applied.
