柳红芳教授基于浊瘀热毒治疗痛风性肾病

总结柳红芳教授治疗痛风性肾病的经验,病因病机方面认为形成痛风性肾病的根本原因是浊瘀热毒。治法方面强调排除浊瘀热毒是治疗痛风性肾病的基本原则,提倡分早期及晚期两个阶段排除浊瘀热毒。早期基于“邪去正自安”的思路,以通为补。晚期基于“扶正助化邪”的思路,以补为通。用药方面强调自始至终解决浊邪的问题,常选用土茯苓、僵蚕和晚蚕砂;对于湿热入血分的治疗临床常生地黄、丹皮、石见穿、鬼箭羽等透解血分湿热之品,浊邪成巢出现结节肿大者当加用白芥子、水蛭、僵蚕、全蝎等入络搜风,软坚散结。
