电针耳门和听会穴治疗神经性耳鸣临床观察

目的观察电针耳门、听会穴治疗神经性耳鸣的临床疗效。方法将72例神经性耳鸣患者随机分成2组,治疗组36例采用电针耳门、听会穴治疗,对照组36例采用普通针刺治疗,2组患者均每周治疗5次,15次为1个疗程,3个疗程后观察疗效,随访3个月。结果治疗组,痊愈16例,占44%;显效9例,占25%;有效6例,占17%;无效5例,占14%;总有效率86%。对照组,痊愈9例,占25%;显效6例,占17%;有效8例,占22%;无效13例,占36%;总有效率64%。治疗组总有效率高于对照组,2组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论电针耳门、听会穴治疗神经性耳鸣疗效显著。

Clinical Observation on Electro-acupuncture at Ermen(SJ21)and Tinghui(GB2)in the Treatment of Nervous Tinnitus

Objective To observe the clinical effect of electro-acupuncture at Ermen(SJ21)and Tinghui(GB2)on nervous tinnitus.Methods 72 patients with tinnitus nervosa were randomly divided into two groups.36 patients in the treatment group were treated with electro-acupuncture at Ermen(SJ21)and Tinghui(GB2),and 36 patients in the control group were treated with ordinary acupuncture.Both groups were treated five times a week,15 times a course of treatment.The curative effect was observed after three courses of treatment and followed up for three months.Results In the treatment group,16 cases were cured,accounting for 44%,9 cases were markedly effective,accounting for 25%,6 cases were effective,accounting for 17%,5 cases were ineffective,accounting for 14%,and the total effective rate was 86%.In the control group,9 cases were cured,accounting for 25%,6 cases were markedly effective,accounting for 17%,8 cases were effective,accounting for 22%,13 cases were ineffective,accounting for 36%,and the total effective rate was 64%.The total effective rate of the treatment group was higher than that of the control group,and there was significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion Electro-acupuncture at Ermen(SJ21)and Tinghui(GB2)has a significant effect on nervous tinnitus.
