摘    要:苦参素是从苦参等豆科植物的根中提取,其绝大部分成分为氧化苦参碱(Oxymatrine)的一类喹嗪类生物碱,已被证明具有抗炎、抗纤维化、抗肿瘤作用以及防止心肌损伤的作用等。苦参素通过体液免疫、细胞免疫及其与免疫相关的信号通路,如TLR信号通路、JAKs/STATs信号通路、PI3K/AKT信号通路等对免疫性或炎症性疾病有改善作用。这些研究显示出苦参素良好的药理作用,为治疗其他相关性疾病提供参考。

Abstract:Oxymatrine is extracted from the roots of legumes such as Sophora flavescens,and most of its constituents are a class of quinolizine alkaloids of Oxymatrine( 氧化苦参碱),which have been proven to have anti-inflammatory,anti-fibrosis,anti-tumor effects and ability to prevent myocardial damage. Oxymatrine can improve immune or inflammatory diseases through humoral immunity,cellular immunity and immune-related signaling pathways such as TLR signaling pathway,JAKs/STATs signaling pathway,and PI3 K/AKT signaling pathway. These studies suggested good pharmacological effects of Oxymatrine and provided a reference for the treatment of other related diseases.
