从足太阳膀胱经论治颈型颈椎病的探讨

随着人们工作和生活方式的改变,颈椎病因其具有高发病率和年轻化趋势的特点,已经成为威胁我国人口健康的主要疾病之一。而颈型颈椎病又是颈椎病的初起阶段,是颈椎病治疗最为有利的时机。中医药滥觞于中国人民长期的实践总结,在颈椎病的预防、治疗方面具有较大优势。文章基于中医理论,立足长期临床实践。通过论述颈型颈椎病从足太阳膀胱经论治的理论依据、临床研究及临床实例3个方面,探讨颈型颈椎病从足太阳膀胱经论治的合理性及实用性,以此为颈型颈椎病的辨证论治拓展新的思路和方法。

Discussion on the Treatment of Neck Type Cervical Spondylosis from Taiyang Bladder Channel of Foot

With the change of people’s work and life style,cervical spondylosis has become one of the main diseases threatening the health of China’s population because of its characteristics of high incidence and younger age.Neck type cervical spondylosis is the initial stage of cervical spondylopathy,which is the most effective time for the treatment of cervical spondylopathy.Traditional Chinese medicine originates from the long-term practice of the Chinese people and has great advantages in the prevention and treatment of cervical spondylosis.Based on the theory of traditional Chinese medicine and under the guidance of long-term clinical practice,this paper discusses the theoretical basis,clinical research and clinical examples of the treatment of neck type cervical spondylosis by taiyang bladder channel of foot,and discusses the rationality and practicability of this treatment method.It provides new ideas and methods for syndrome differentiation and treatment of cervical spondylosis.
