中医养生教育在中小学生中的实践探析

中医药养生教育作为在国家大力扶持中医药发展和医养结合的政策推动下,现已经在中小学教育中得到逐步重视,前期已有部分地区的中医药文化普及工作人员在该领域进行实践取得了一定的成绩和心得,本文是将辽宁当地东北育才学校与我院的“中医进校园”合作项目的中医养生类系列启蒙课程的授课经验总结成文,以期能为中医药知识普及的教育工作人员合理高效实施中医药养生的中小学启蒙教育提供思路和方法。

Analysis on the Practice of Traditional Chinese Medicine Health Preservation Education in Primary and Secondary Schools

Traditional Chinese medicine health preservation education has gradually played an important role in primary and secondary schools under the policy of national support in development of traditional Chinese medicine and combination of medicine and healthcare.At the early stage,the popularization of TCM culture in some areas has been carried out in the field of practice has achieved certain results and experience.This article is a summary of the teaching experience of traditional Chinese medicine health preservation series enlightenment courses in the cooperation project of“traditional Chinese medicine into campus”between Liaoning local Northeast Yucai School and our college.In order to provide ideas and methods for the popularization of knowledge of traditional Chinese medicine education staff to reasonably and efficiently implement the primary and secondary school enlightenment education in the aspect of health preservation of traditional Chinese medicine.
