发作性睡病的中医辨证论治

发作性睡病是继睡眠呼吸障碍之后,引起日间过度思睡的第二大病因。它是一种终身性睡眠疾患,可严重影响患者的生活质量,甚至酿成意外事故而危及生命。目前,发作性睡病的中医证候分类尚未规范统一,运用中医辨证理论体系,补虚泻实,调和阴阳,用相关中药来改善症状及减少其发作次数。通过文献研究,本文将从病名、病机、辨证论治等方面予以阐述。

Narcolepsy is the second leading cause of excessive daytime sleepiness following sleep-disordered breathing.It is a lifelong sleep disorder,and it can seriously affect the quality of life of patients,even lead to accidents and endanger life.At present,the classification of traditional Chinese medicine syndromes of narcolepsy has not yet been standardized and unified,using dialectical theory system of traditional Chinese medicine tonifying deficiency and reducing excess,harmonizing yin and yang,improving symptoms and reduces the frequency of seizures with related Chinese medicines.Through literature research,this article will elaborate on the name,pathogenesis,syndrome differentiation and treatment of the disease.
