| 摘 要： | 免疫性血小板减少症(ITP)是小儿常见的出血性疾病,部分患儿迁延难愈,转化为慢性而严重影响其生活质量。张炜教授从中医辨证角度,认为慢性ITP(CITP)病机虚实夹杂,主要病理因素为"风、火、湿、瘀、虚",以辨虚实标本为则,以疏风散热、清热燥湿、益气养阴、补益肾气为法,活血贯穿始终,临床疗效显著。

| Abstract: | Immune thrombocytopenia(ITP)is a common pediatric hemorrhagic disease,some children delay does not heal and serious influence the quality of life.Professor zhang wei from the perspective of Chinese medicine syndrome differentiation that chronic ITP(CITP)intermingled deficiency and excess,the main pathological factors of wind,fire,dampness,blood stasis,deficiency,to defend the actual samples for it,with dispel wind and remove heat,heat-clearing and damp-drying drug,tonifying qi and yin,invigorating kidney qi,promoting blood circulation,which is worthy of clinical promotion. |
