微信联合PBL教学法在中医内科学见习教学中的应用

摘    要:目的探讨微信联合问题式教学(problem-based learning,PBL)方法在中医内科学见习教学中的应用效果。方法本文从中西医结合临床医学本科专业的学生中挑选了60人作为研究对象,时间范围为2017年10月—2018年12月,随机划分成2个小组:其中一个是对照组,在教学过程中使用传统教学方法;另一个小组是试验组,在教学过程中使用微信联合PBL教学方法。最后使用比较分析法对2个小组在教学过程中所取得的成效进行分析。结果试验组学生理论考试成绩为(90.5±2.6)分,高于对照组的(88.1±3.4)分,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01)。试验组学生临床病例分析考试成绩为(91.5±2.9)分,高于对照组的(89.1±3.6)分,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01)。试验组学生对见习教学的满意度为93.33%,而对照组为73.33%(P<0.05)。结论在教学过程中使用微信联合PBL教学法,不仅能够有效提升学生的授课满意度,同时还能够有效激发他们对学习的爱好,大幅提高个人学习成绩,获得显著教学效果。

Abstract:Objective To study the application of WeChat combined with problem-based learning(PBL)method in the intercourse practice of internal medicine of traditional Chinese medicine.Methods 60 clinical medical undergraduate students were chosen for our research from October 2017 to December 2018 were selected as the study objects,who were randomly divided into the control group(n=30)and the experimental group(n=30).The students in the control group were taught by the traditional teaching method,while the students in the experimental group were taught by WeChat combined with PBL method.The teaching effect of the two groups was compared.Results The theoretical examination results in experimental group were(90.5±2.6)points,which were significantly higher than those in the control group(88.1±3.4)points,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01).The clinical case analysis scores in the experimental group were(91.5±2.9)points,which were higher than those in the control group(89.1±3.6)points,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The satisfaction of the students in the experimental group was 93.33%,while the control group was 73.33%(P<0.05).Conclusion The addition of WeChat combined with PBL method is beneficial to increase teaching satisfaction,improve students’interest in this subject,improve academic performance,which has remarkable teaching effect.
