耳穴压贴配合中医护理对下肢深静脉血栓预后的影响

目的分析采用耳穴压贴配合中医护理对下肢深静脉血栓预后的影响。方法将2016年2月—2018年3月接收的96例下肢深静脉血栓患者作为此次研究对象,对照组实行常规护理,观察组采用耳穴压贴配合中医护理。对2组患者护理后的症状发展状态、护理后的疗效以及满意度进行调查。结果肢体肿胀和疼痛评分对照组低于观察组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);护理有效率、总满意率对照组低于观察组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论耳穴压贴配合中医护理对下肢深静脉血栓预后的效果较好,症状明显改善,有效率和满意率提高。

Effect of Auricular Acupoint Pressing Combined with Traditional Chinese Medicine Nursing on Prognosis of Deep Venous Thrombosis of Lower Limbs

Objective To analyze the effect of auricular acupoint pressing combined with traditional Chinese medicine nursing on the prognosis of deep venous thrombosis of lower limbs.Methods 96 patients with deep venous thrombosis of lower extremities received in our hospital from February 2016 to March 2018 were randomly divided into control group and observation group.The control group received routine nursing,while the observation group received auricular acupoint pressing combined with traditional Chinese medicine nursing.The changes of symptoms,satisfaction degree and nursing effect of the two groups after nursing were observed.Results The swelling and pain of limbs in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and there had significant difference(P<0.05).The nursing efficiency and total satisfaction rate in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and there had significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion Auricular acupoint pressing combined with traditional Chinese medicine nursing has a better prognostic effect on deep venous thrombosis of lower extremities,and the symptoms are obviously improved,and the efficiency and satisfaction rate are improved.
