复方紫草消疹油治疗急性湿疹的实验研究

目的通过复方紫草消疹油对DNCB急性湿疹模型大鼠血清IL-2、IL-4、TNF-α水平影响的实验研究,探讨其治疗急性湿疹的作用机制。方法建立急性湿疹大鼠模型,观察各实验组大鼠治疗前后耳片重量、厚度变化及电镜下皮损病理改变,用ELLES法检测大鼠血清IL-2、IL-4、TNF-α水平的变化。结果造模后,与空白组比较,模型大鼠血清中IL-2、IL-4、TNF-α含量均上升;与治疗前相比,中药治疗组和西药对照组IL-2、TNF-α含量显著降低(P<0.05),IL-4含量上升程度减慢;与治疗组相比,中药治疗组抑制大鼠血清IL-2、IL-4、TNF-α水平优于西药对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论复方紫草消疹油具有显著降低模型大鼠血清IL-2、TNF-α、IL-4表达水平的作用,其治疗湿疹的作用机理可能与抑制T淋巴细胞活化等相关。

Experimental Study on Compound Comfrey Oil in the Treatment of Acute Eczema

Objective To investigate the effect of compound Comfrey oil on serum levels of IL-2,IL-4 and TNF-αin DNCB model rats with acute eczema,and to explore the mechanism of its action in the treatment of acute eczema.Methods Establishing rat acute eczema model to observe the changes in the weight and thickness of ear pieces and the pathological changes of skin lesions under electron microscopy before and after treatment in each experimental group,the serum levels of il-2,il-4 andTNF-αby ELLES were detected.Results The serum levels of IL-2,IL-4 and TNF-αincreased in the model rats compared with the blank group.Compared with before treatment,the contents of IL-2 and TNF-αof both the treatment groups were significantly reduced(P<0.05),and the level of IL-4 increased slowly.Compared with the control group,the serum levels of IL-2,IL-4 and TNF-αin the treatment group were better than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Compound Comfrey oil can significantly reduce the expression levels of serum IL-2,TNF-,and IL-4 in model rats.Its mechanism of action in the treatment of eczema may be related to the inhibition of T lymphocyte activation.
