PBL教学法在中医体质学教学中的应用探讨

PBL是指以问题或案例为先导的教学方法,其特点是学生自学与导师指导相结合,特别适合于临床课程的教学。中医体质学是一门基础和临床紧密结合的课程,PBL教学法目前尚未用于中医体质学教学。笔者在实践中体会到,中医体质学教学中,尤其涉及到"辨体-辨病-辨证"诊疗模式教学时,应用PBL教学法,采用案例分析,设置问题,学生讨论后教师讲解,可取得较好的教学效果。本文总结了PBL教学法的优势和不足,认为PBL教学法可作为固定的方法在中医体质学特定章节的教学中应用。

Investigation of the Application of PBL Teaching Method in the Teaching of Traditional Chinese Medicine Constitution

PBL refers to the problem or case-based teaching method,which is characterized by the combination of students’self-study and tutor’s guidance,especially suitable for the teaching of clinical courses.TCM constitution is a course that combines basic and clinical knowledge closely.PBL teaching method has not been used in TCM constitution teaching at present.In practice,the author realizes that in the teaching of TCM constitution,especially when it comes to the teaching of"differentiation of constitution,disease and syndrome",PBL teaching method,case analysis,problem setting and teacher’s explanation after students’discussion can achieve better teaching effect.This paper summarizes the advantages and disadvantages of PBL teaching method,and holds that PBL teaching method can be used as a fixed method in the teaching of specific chapters of TCM constitution.
