中医护理对冠心病患者负性情绪及生活质量的影响

目的探究中医护理模式联合针对性护理对冠状动脉粥样硬化性心脏病患者负性情绪及生活质量的影响。方法收集2018年10月—2019年5月收治的冠状动脉粥样硬化性心脏病患者72例,随机分为试验组和对照组,各36例。对照组患者予以针对性护理,试验组予以针对性护理联合中医护理模式,比较2组患者负性情绪及生活质量。结果与干预前相比,干预后2组患者SAS评分、SDS评分降低,身体疼痛、情绪反应、睡眠质量、社交隔离以及生活质量总分升高(P<0.05);与对照组相比,试验组患者SAS评分、SDS评分较低,身体疼痛、情绪反应、睡眠质量、社交隔离及生活质量总分较高(P<0.05)。结论中医护理模式联合针对性护理应用于冠状动脉粥样硬化性心脏病患者的护理效果较好,能够显著提高患者生存质量,改善负性情绪。

The Effect of Traditional Chinese Medicine Nursing on Negative Emotion and Quality of Life of Patients with Coronary Heart Disease

Objective To explore the effect of targeted nursing combined with traditional Chinese medicine nursing mode on negative emotions and quality of life of patients with coronary atherosclerotic heart disease.Methods Seventy-two patients with coronary atherosclerotic heart disease admitted to our hospital from October 2018 to May 2019 were randomly divided into experimental group and control group,with 36 cases in each group.Patients in the control group were given targeted nursing,while patients in the experimental group were given targeted nursing combined with traditional Chinese medicine nursing mode.Negative emotions and quality of life were compared between the two groups.Results Compared with the pre-intervention group,SAS and SDS scores of the two groups decreased,while the total scores of physical pain,emotional response,sleep quality,social isolation and quality of life increased(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,SAS and SDS scores of the experimental group were lower,the total scores of physical pain,emotional response,sleep quality,social isolation and quality of life were higher(P<0.05).Conclusion Targeted nursing combined with traditional Chinese medicine nursing mode has better nursing effect in patients with coronary atherosclerotic heart disease,can significantly improve the quality of life of patients,and improve negative emotions.
