腹诊辅助中药及针灸治疗心肾不交型失眠临床观察

目的探究腹诊辅助中药及针灸治疗心肾不交型失眠的临床效果,并分析其对睡眠质量和中医证候积分的影响。方法选取收治的失眠患者90例,按随机数字表法将其分为对照组(n=45)和观察组(n=45)。对照组给予腹诊辅助中药治疗,观察组在此基础上给予针灸治疗。统计2组治疗后临床疗效;比较2组患者治疗前后睡眠质量和中医证候积分的差异。结果治疗后观察组临床总有效率显著高于对照组(P<0.05);与治疗前比,治疗后2组PSQI及中医证候积分显著降低,且观察组显著低于对照组(P<0.01)。结论腹诊辅助中药及针灸可有效缓解失眠患者临床症状,改善睡眠质量,值得临床推广应用。

Clinical Observation on Abdominal Diagnosis Assisted Chinese Medicine and Acupuncture and Moxibustion in the Treatment of Disharmony between Heart and Kidney Insomnia

Objective To explore the clinical effect of abdominal diagnosis assisted with traditional Chinese medicine and acupuncture on insomnia,and to analyze its influence on sleep quality and TCM syndrome score.Methods Ninety insomniacs in our hospital were selected and divided into control group and observation group,with 45 cases in each groups according to random number table method.The control group was treated with abdominal diagnosis and traditional Chinese medicine,while the observation group was treated with acupuncture and moxibustion on this basis.The clinical efficacy of the two groups after treatment was counted,and the differences of sleep quality and TCM syndrome scores between the two groups before and after treatment were compared.Results After treatment,there was difference in total clinical effective rate of the 2 groups(P<0.05).Compared with before treatment,the scores of PSQI and TCM symptoms in the two groups were significantly lower after treatment,and the observation group was significantly lower than the control group(P<0.01).Conclusion Abdominal diagnosis assistant Chinese medicine and acupuncture can effectively alleviate the clinical symptoms of insomnia patients and improve sleep quality,which is worthy of clinical application.
