老年人腰椎间盘突出症中西医护理临床观察

目的探讨老年人腰椎间盘突出症中西医护理临床疗效。方法将2017年11月—2018年11月诊治的96例老年人腰椎间盘突出症患者作为研究对象,随机对患者进行编号,1~96号。其中奇数号为对照组,48例,采用常规西医护理;偶数号为观察组,48例,采用中西医结合护理。对比2组患者护理的临床效果。结果观察组治疗的有效率明显高于对照组,复发率明显低于对照组,遵医行为明显优于对照组,生活质量以及JOA评分和VAS评分改善更加明显,与对照组相比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对老年人腰椎间盘突出症患者实施中西医护理,效果显著,可以有效提高治疗的临床效果,提高患者的生活质量,值得临床推广和应用。

Clinical Observation on Integrated Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine Nursing on Elderly Patients with Lumbar Intervertebral Disc Herniation

Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine nursing on elderly patients with lumbar intervertebral disc herniation.Methods Ninety-six elderly patients with lumbar disc herniation who were treated in our hospital from November 2017 to November 2018 were randomly assigned to patients,number 1-96,with odd number as control group.48 cases received conventional Western medical care.The even number for the observation group of 48 cases applied integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine nursing.The clinical effect of the two groups of patients was compared.Results The effective rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group.The recurrence rate was significantly lower than that of the control group.The compliance behavior of the observation group was significantly better than that of the control group.The quality of life and the improvement of JOA score and VAS score of the observation group were more obvious.And the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The implementation of integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine nursing on elderly patients with lumbar intervertebral disc herniation has significant effects,which can effectively improve the clinical effect of and improve the quality of life of patients.It is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
