紫癜1号中药熏洗治疗小儿过敏性紫癜临床观察

目的观察紫癜1号中药熏洗治疗小儿过敏性紫癜的临床效果。方法选取收治的过敏性紫癜患者80例,按照研究方法的不同分为观察组和对照组,对照组患者40例,给予喜炎平注射液、维生素C注射液、葡萄糖酸钙注射液等进行治疗;观察组患者在对照组基础上采用紫癜1号中药熏洗进行治疗,比较2组患者的临床治疗效果、皮肤紫癜消退时间及关节肿痛缓解状况等相关指标。结果对照组患者的治疗有效率为75.0%,观察组患者的治疗有效率为97.5%,观察组治疗有效率显著高于对照组;观察组患儿皮肤紫癜消退时间为(4.10±1.02)d,少于对照组(7.69±1.79)d;观察组患者经治疗后关节肿痛情况完全缓解达到50.0%,缓解达到35.0%,明显优于对照组。结论紫癜1号中药熏洗治疗小儿过敏性紫癜,治疗效果明显,有效缩短患者紫癜消退时间及缓解关节痛的程度。

Clinical Observation on Zidian No.1 Traditional Chinese Medicine Fumigation and Washing in the Treatment of Allergic Purpura in Children

Objective To observe the clinical effect of Zidian No.1 traditional Chinese medicine fumigation and washing on children with allergic purpura.Methods Eighty patients with allergic purpura admitted to our hospital were divided into observation group and control group according to different research methods.40 patients in the control group were given Xiyanping injection,vitamin C injection and calcium gluconate injection.The observation group was treated with the traditional Chinese medicine fumigation and washing on the basis of the control group.The clinical treatment effect,the time of skin purpura regression and the relief of joint swelling and pain were compared between the two groups.Results The therapeutic effective rate was 75.0%in the control group and97.5%in the observation group.The effective rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group.The skin purpura regression time of the observation group was(4.10±1.02)d,less than the control group(7.69±1.79)d.In the observation group after treatment,the joint swelling and pain was completely relieved to 50.0%,and the remission reached 35.0%,which was significantly better than the control group.Conclusion Zidian No.1 traditional Chinese medicine fumigation and washing in the treatment of allergic purpura in children has obvious therapeutic effect,which can effectively shorten the time of purpura regression and relieve the degree of joint pain.
