VR技术应用于经络腧穴学教学的探索研究

摘    要:目的初探经络腧穴学VR教学对不同年级学生的教学效果。方法根据前期问卷调查结果选定教学试验的内容,面向北京中医药大学针灸推拿学院针灸推拿专业征集48名本科生和研究生(大一年级的本科生18人,大三年级的本科生20人,研究生10人),用分层分组的方式将其分为传统教学组和VR教学组,每组各24人。2组运用不同的教学方式进行相同内容的教学,并在教学结束后进行试卷考核。结果VR组研究生试卷得分均值大于传统教学组,大一年级和大三年级学生试卷得分均值小于传统教学组,但以上差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。传统教学组内不同年级学生试卷得分差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);VR教学组内不同年级学生试卷得分差异有统计学意义(P<0.01),其中大三年级学生和研究生试卷得分均显著高于大一年级(P<0.05),大三年级学生与研究生试卷得分之间的差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论从学生的试卷成绩分析上来看,尚不能认为VR教学与传统教学的教学效果不同;VR教学不适合直接应用于大一年级尚未构建经络、解剖知识框架的学生,或更适合学生在具备基本的经络腧穴学知识与系统解剖学知识后进行。

Abstract:Objective To explore the teaching effect of VR teaching in the meridian and acupoints on different grades.Methods According to the results of the previous questionnaire survey,the content of the teaching experiment was selected.Then,48 undergraduate and graduate students were enrolled in the acupuncture and moxibustion department of the Acupuncture and Tuina College of Beijing University of Chinese Medicine(18 undergraduates in the first grade,20 undergraduates in the third grade and 10 graduate students).They are divided into traditional teaching group and VR teaching group by hierarchical grouping,and each group had 28 people.The two groups used different teaching methods to teach the same content,and the examination was carried out at the end of teaching.Results The mean scores of the graduate students in the VR group were larger than those in the traditional teaching group.The average scores of the test papers in the first grade and the third grade were smaller than those in the traditional teaching group,but the above differences were not statistically significant(P>0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in the test scores of students in different grades in the traditional teaching group(P>0.05),but in the VR teaching group there was statistically significant difference(P<0.01).In the VR teaching group,the scores of the third grade undergraduates students and graduate students were significantly higher than the first grade(P<0.05).The difference between the third grade undergraduates students and the graduate papers was no statistically significant(P>0.05).The difference between the third grade undergraduates students and the graduate papers was no statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion From the analysis of students’test paper scores,it is not considered that VR teaching has different teaching effects from traditional teaching;VR teaching is not suitable for students who have not yet constructed a meridian and anatomical knowledge framework,perhaps more suitable for students to have basic knowledge of meridians and acupoints and systematic anatomy.
