中西医结合治疗慢性支气管炎临床观察

目的分析慢性支气管炎应用左氧氟沙星与润肺膏联合治疗的效果及安全性。方法于2017年1月—2018年12月治疗的慢性支气管炎患者中选取80例,分为2组,研究组(40例)应用左氧氟沙星与润肺膏联合治疗,对照组(40例)单纯应用左氧氟沙星治疗,比较2组治疗效果及不良反应发生率。结果研究组发热持续时间为(3.5±0.7)d,气喘持续时间为(4.7±1.0)d,咳嗽咳痰持续时间为(7.5±1.6)d,显著好于对照组各指标,均有统计学差异(P<0.05)。研究组治疗总有效率为93.3%显著高于对照组的77.5%,均有统计学差异(P<0.05)。研究组不良反应发生率为5.0%,对照组发生率为25.0%,2组不良反应组间差异显著(P<0.05)。结论左氧氟沙星与润肺膏联合应用于慢性支气管炎治疗,可有效改善患者症状,提高临床治疗效果,减轻患者不良反应,值得推广。

Clinical Observation on Integrated Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine in the Treatment of Chronic Bronchitis

Objective To analyze the efficacy and safety of levofloxacin combined with Runfei cream in chronic bronchitis.Methods Eighty patients with chronic bronchitis treated in our hospital from January 2017 to December 2018 were enrolled in this study.The study group(40 patients)was treated with levofloxacin and Runfei cream.Forty patients were treated with levofloxacin alone,and the treatment effects and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results In the study group,the duration of fever was(3.5±0.7)days,the duration of asthma was(4.7±1.0)days,and the duration of cough and cough was(7.5±1.6)days,which was significantly better than that of the control group,and there were statistical differences(P<0.05).The total effective rate of the study group was 93.3%,which was significantly higher than that of the control group(77.5%),and there were statistical differences(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions was 5.0% in the study group and 25.0% in the control group.There was significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion Levofloxacin combined with Runfei cream can be used in the treatment of chronic bronchitis,which can effectively improve the symptoms of patients,improve the clinical treatment effect,and alleviate the adverse reactions of patients.It is worth promoting.
