炙甘草汤加减联合西药治疗心律失常的疗效观察

目的观察和探讨炙甘草汤加减联合西药治疗心律失常的治疗效果。方法选取枣庄市中医医院自2008年9月至2009年6月收治的92例心律失常患者,并随机分为对照组(单纯西药治疗组)与治疗组(炙甘草汤加减联合西药治疗组)各46例,观察并对比两组患者的治疗效果。结果对照组:显效23例,有效14例,总有效率为80.4%;治疗组:显效27例,有效17例,整体有效率为95.7%。两组比较差异显著(P<0.01),具有统计学意义。结论采用炙甘草汤加减联合西药治疗心律失常,疗效明显,值得临床推广。

Effect of Zhigancao Decoction Adjusted Combination Western Medicine to Treatment Arrhythmia

Objective To observe and investigate the zhigancao decoction adjusted combined Western medicine treatment of arrhythmia. Methods In Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital from September 2008 to 2009 admitted in June were 92 cases of arrhythmia were randomly divided into control group （simple Western treatment group） and treatment group （combined with Western and zhigancao decoction adjusted treatment group） of the 46 cases, patients were observed and compared the treatment effects. Results In control group, 23 cases markedly effective in 14 cases, the total effective rate was 80.4%; treatment group, 27 cases markedly effective in 17 cases, the overall effective rate was 95.7%. The two groups have significant difference （P0.01）.Conclusion The zhigancao decoction adjusted combined with Western treatment of arrhythmia, efficacy was worthy to be popularized.
