威海市504例手足口病标本核酸检测结果分析

目的:对威海市504例手足口病(HFMD)患儿粪便样本实验室检测结果进行分析,了解威海地区HFMD病原特征,为今后制定HFMD防治措施提供依据。方法:对送检的504例临床诊断为HFMD患者标本,应用实时荧光(Real-time)RT-PCR法检测标本中的人肠道病毒(HEV)、肠道病毒71型(EV71)和柯萨奇病毒A组16型(CVA16)特异性核酸。结果:504例HFMD患者标本中,EV71阳性率为50.99%,CVA16阳性率为18.25%,其它HEV阳性率为17.26%;46例HFMD重症病例中,EV71阳性率84.78%,CVA16阳性率6.52%。结论:威海地区手足口病病原体以EV71和CVA16为主。EV71型是引起重症病例的优势病毒型,应加强监测,特别是4岁以下婴幼儿的监测。

Analysis of nucleic acid detection results of 504 HFMD cases in Weihai

Objective:To understand the genetic information and pathogen characteristics of hand-foot-mouth disease(HFMD) in Weihai,and to provide the reference for prevention and control of HFMD.Methods:Human enterovirus(HEV),enterovirus 71(EV71) and coxsackievirus A16(CVA16) in 504 HFMD specimens were detected by real-time RT-PCR.Results:In 504 HFMD samples,positive rates of EV71,CVA16 and HEV were 50.99%,18.25% and 17.26%,respectively.In the 46 HFMD severe cases,EV71-positive rate was 84.78%,CVA16 positive rate was 6.52%.Conclusion:Pathogens of HFMD were mainly EV71 and CVA16 in Weihai.EV71 was the dominant type in severe HFMD cases,which should be strengthened supervision,especially in the children below 4 years old.
