经尿道输尿管镜电切术治疗小儿输尿管囊肿

摘    要:目的 探索小儿输尿管囊肿的内镜治疗新方法,评价输尿管镜经尿道电切的治疗效果。方法 小儿输尿管囊肿11例,全部行输尿管镜经尿道电切,并与该院前期的15例开放手术进行对比。结果输尿管镜经尿道电切术的平均手术时间31min,平均住院时间5.6d,手术时间及住院时间小于开放手术,差异有显著性。输尿管镜经尿道电切术后平均随访18.3个月,术后输尿管反流、输尿管末端狭窄及感染的发生率与开放手术相比,差异无显著性。结论 输尿管镜经尿道电切术治疗小儿输尿管囊肿,方法简单,损伤小,手术效果确切。

Abstract:Objective] To explore the new way of endoscopic treatment on ureterocele in children, and evaluate the therapeutic efficacy of transurethral ureteroscopic resection. Methods] From July, 2000 to march, 2006, 11 cases of ureterocele in children were treated by transurethral ureteroscopic resection, and compared with 15 cases of ureterocele in children treated by open operation. Results] The mean operation time of transurethral ureteroscopic resection was 31 minutes, and the average hospitalization time was 5,6 days, The operation time and hospitalization time of transurethral ureteroscopie resection were markedly shorter than open operation, All cases were interviewed with average 18.3 months. There was no statistically significant difference on the ureteric refluxes, stricture and infection of upper urinary, between the group of endoscopic operation with the group of open operation, Conclusion] The way of transurethral ureteroseopie resection is simple, effective and minimal trauma to treat the ureterocele of children.
