摘    要:目的建立高效液相色谱法同时测定蛇床子中蛇床子素和异茴芹素的含量。方法Promosil C18色谱柱(4.6mm×250mm.5μm);流动相为甲醇-0.1形磷酸(80:20);流速为0.8mL·min^-1;检测波长为265nm;柱温为30℃。结果蛇床子素在0.2191~2.191μg线性关系良好,平均回收率为98.53%;异茴芹素在0.0126~0.126μg线性关系良好,平均回收率为99.23%。结论该方法简便、快速、准确、重复性好,可用于蛇床子中蛇床子素和异茴芹素的同时测定。

Abstract:Objective To establish an HPLC method for the simultaneous determination of osthole and isopimpinellin in FructusCnidii. Methods HPLC analysis was performed on a Pmmosil C18 (250mm×4.6mm, 5μ m)column Thecolumn temperature was 30 ℃. The mobile phase was a mixed liquid with MeOH - 0. 1% H3PO4 (80 : 20) and the flow rate was 0. 8mL·min^-1. The detection wavelength was 265 nm. Results A good linearity of osthole was at 0. 2191-2. 191μg, and the average recovery was 98. 15%. A good linearity of isopimpinellin was at 0. 0126-0. 126μg, and the average recovery was 99.23%. Conclusion The method is simple, rapid, accurate and reproducible for the simultaneous determination of osthole and isopimpinellin in Fructus Cnidii.
