摘    要:目的优化筛选灯盏生脉颗粒的提取工艺。方法采用正交试验法进行优选,以溶剂量、乙醇浓度、提取次数、提取时间为可变因素,以野黄芩苷含量及药材提出率为评价指标,筛选灯盏生脉颗粒的提取工艺条件。结果最佳提取工艺为药材用10倍量75%乙醇提取2次,每次3h。结论该提取工艺客观可行、稳定合理、重现性较好,得到优选的灯盏生脉颗粒提取工艺。
