140例首次妊娠发生异位妊娠的临床分析

目的:探讨发生于首次妊娠的异位妊娠的发病特点、诊断及处理。方法:回顾分析140例首次妊娠发生异位妊娠的病历资料。结果:发生率为10·06%。发病特点为发病年龄早、未婚比例大、避孕知识匮乏;诊断及处理采用BUCL方案,即β-HCG、超声检查、阴道后穹隆穿插术、腹腔镜检术。结论:对该组特定人群进行健康宣教较治疗疾病更为重要,需要全社会的共同关注。

Clinical analysis of 140 cases of ectopic pregnancy occurred in the first pregnancy

Objective:To study the clinical characteristic of ectopic pregnancy occurred in the first pregnancy.Methods:A retrospective analysis of 140 cases of ectopic pregnancy occurred in the first pregnancys was performed between June 1998 and June 2004.Results:The incidence was 10.06%.Clinical characteristics were onset in young, higher proportion of unmarried youths and lack of contraception knowledge. Diagnosis and treatment adopted beta subunit of HCG, ultrasound, culdocentesis and laparascopy.Conclusion:To increase this patient's reproductive health knowledge is more important than to manage them, which is necessary to be noticed by all the society.
