| 摘 要： | 目的：了解河南省农村居民对新型农村合作医疗制度管理中存在问题的看法。方法：对河南省19个县（市、区）采用随机抽样法选取农村居民1117人,进行问卷调查,并对数据进行描述性分析。结果：农村居民反映新农合药品价格高、报销程序繁琐、报销比例较低、新农合政策缺乏灵活性等。结论：应当逐步改善报销程序,完善报销机制;适当提高报销比例,建立合理有效的补偿机制;加强对新农合的监督管理。
