| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨肾移植受者社会支持现状、生存质量水平及它们之间的关系。方法：采用健康状况调查问卷SF-36和肖水源等编制的社会支持评定量表对145例在广州肾移植中心进行肾移植的患者进行调查。结果：移植后6个月患者生存质量各维度与常模比较均有统计学意义;患者社会支持与生存质量呈非常显著的正性关系（〈0.01）。结论：医务人员在工作中要特别重视患者的社会属性,尽可能调动社会支持系统,特别是家庭成员的主观能动性,以提高患者的生存质量。
