卫生应急管理人员培训需求及模式的定性研究

摘    要:目的:探讨卫生应急管理人员的培训需求,设计与之相适应的培训模式,从而提高卫生应急培训工作的有效性和针对性。方法:采用个人深入访谈法和专题小组讨论法多方面搜集卫生应急培训需求信息。结果:明确了培训对象,以及培训对象对培训目标、培训内容与方法、师资、教材、考核评价和培训组织等方面的要求。结论:提高对卫生应急管理人员能力培训的重视程度;以培训需求为导向,根据培训对象的不同特点分类分层实施培训;科学进行培训模式的顶层设计;完善考核评价体系,实施质量控制,切实提高培训效果。
