葛根素对脑缺血再灌注大鼠脑组织eNOS蛋白表达的影响

目的观察葛根素对脑缺血再灌注大鼠的脑保护作用及脑组织内皮型一氧化氮合酶(eNOS)蛋白表达的影响。方法采用神经功能缺损评分评价脑缺血再灌注模型大鼠神经功能变化,取脑测定脑含水量、脑梗死面积和脑组织eNOS蛋白的表达。结果治疗组神经功能缺损较对照组明显减轻,其脑含水量和脑梗死面积减少,脑组织eNOS蛋白表达也减少,但较假手术组高。结论葛根素可通过减少脑缺血再灌注亚急性期脑组织eNOS蛋白的表达而发挥脑保护作用。

The effects of puerarin on the epression of eNOS in brain tissues after cerebral ischemia-reperfusion in rats

Objective To investigate the neuroprotective effects of puerarin on the cerebral ischemia-reperfusion rats and the expression of endothelial nitric oxide synthase（eNOS） in brain tissues.Methods The changes of nervous function were evaluated through neurological deficit scores in the rats of cerebral ischemia-reperfusion model.Brain samples were extracted to detect the brain water content,the infarct area,and the protein expression of eNOS in brain tissues.Results The neurological deficits in treatment group were milder than that in controlled group.The brain water content and infarct size were less in treatment group,and the expression of eNOS in brain tissues was also decreased, which was higher than that in sham-opration group.Conclusions Puerarin may have the protective effects on brain by reducing regulation the protein expression of eNOS in the sub-acute periods of cerebral ischemia-reperfusion.
