| 摘 要： | 目的调查分析我院围手术期抗菌药物的使用情况,评价其合理性。方法根据《围手术期预防使用抗菌药物合理性评价标准》,回顾性调查分析我院376例手术病历抗菌药物使用情况。结果围手术期抗菌药物应用存在一些不合理现象,主要表现在药物选择起点高,围手术期用药时间不规范等。结论医院应继续加强管理,强化医师围手术期预防应用抗菌药物的合理化意识。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the antibacterials use during perioperative period,and evaluate the rationalization.Methods Antibacterials use of 376 cases during perioperative period were studied retrospectively.Results The main problems of irrational antibacterial use during perioperative period in our hospital were high level of antibiotics choice,unstandardied timing of antibacterials during perioperative period,etc.Conclusion Antibacterials management of hospital should be strengthened,and the conscious of rational use of antibacterials should be strengthened in doctors. |
