| 摘 要： | 本文测定了52例正常人,44例病区对照,90例地甲肿病人,33例克汀病人和22例甲亢病人的血清 FT_3、FT_4、TSH 和 Tg。病区各组与甲亢组 Tg 均显著高于正常组;地甲肿和克汀病组 Tg 高于病区对照组。甲状腺Ⅱ°肿大以上者血清 Tg 明显高于甲状腺Ⅰ°肿大者。各组 Tg 和测定激素间未表观相关。结节型地甲肿组血清 Tg 和 FT_3/FT_4比值间表现显著相关;但其他组未发现相关。结果提示地甲肿病人 Tg 升高的原因可能和碘缺乏引起低碘 Tg 合成和周转加速有关。

| Abstract: | The serum thyroglobulin concentration of 52 normal,44 controls of iod-ine-deficent area,90 patients with endemic goiter,33 patients with cretinismand 22 patients with hyperthyroidism was measured by RIA,The Tg levels inthe group of iodine-deficient area and group with hyperthyoidism was higherthan that in the normal,in group of endemic goiter and cretinism,Tg levels werehigher than that in the controls of iodine-deficient area. The correlation betweenTg level and measured hormone were not to be found.The elevated Tg levelsdid not correlate with the FT_3 to FT_4 ratio in all groups except the nodulargoiter group.The result showed that increased Tg level was perhaps ralatedto Tg synthesis and a more rapid turnover of hypoiodinated Tg was in thethyroid. |
