Survivin和p16在食管癌中表达的临床意义

目的探讨食管癌Survivin基因和p16增殖基因之间的关系,证实此两种基因可作为食管癌早期诊断的指标基因。方法应用免疫组化(SP法)检测了60例食管癌组织、12例癌旁组织和12例正常食管组织中Survivin、p16的表达率,分析Survivin和p16在食管癌与癌旁组织及正常组织之间有何差异,探讨两种基因在不同组织中表达的相关性。结果食管癌患者survivin基因和p16的阳性表达水平分别为80.0%(48/60)和58.3%(35/60),明显区别于对照组(食管正常组织)(p<0.05)。两者间表达成显著负相关(r=-0.390,P<0.05)。结论不同性质食管组织中survivin和p16的表达水平不同,两者之间表达明显相关,可以作为食管癌临床诊断的可靠指标。

Expressions of Survivin,p16 and their clinical significance in esophageal carcinoma

Objective To investigate the correlation between expression o Survivin gene and cell proliferation p16 in esophageal cancer.To confirm this two gene as marker gene of esophageal cancer forepart diagnosis.Methods Expression of Survivin gene and p16 was detected by immunohistochemical techniques(SP)in 60 cases of esophageal cancer,12 cases of the adjacent tumor tissues and 12 cases of the adjacent tumor tissues and 12 cases of benign lesions,respectively analyze the expression of Survivin gene in protein level and that of p16 index in esophageal cancer tissues.Results In esophageal cancer,the expression rate of Survivin gene and p16 index in protein level was 80.0%(48/60)and 58.3%(35/60),respectively,significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.01).There was a significantly negative correlation between Survivin gene and cell proliferation p16(r=-0.390,P<0.01).Conclusion There was overexpression of Survivin gene in esophageal cancer tissues.As a specific biomarker of malignant tumors,Survivin gene and p16 may also serve as a definite diagnostic marker for esophageal cancer.
