磷酸钙骨水泥复合盖髓剂用于活髓保存的临床研究

目的 :探讨磷酸钙骨水泥复合盖髓剂在龋源性露髓后活髓保存的临床疗效及影响疗效的因素。方法 :在磷酸钙骨水泥中添加红霉素、甲硝唑、消炎痛形成一个消炎、止痛的药物缓释系统和具有良好生物相容性的盖髓剂 ,对实验组 78例露髓者行直接盖髓 ,对照组 5 1例用氢氧化钙盖髓 ,进行临床研究。结果 :实验组的成功率为 91.0 3% ,对照组为 72 .5 5 % ,P <0 .0 5 ,并认为材料与洞壁的边缘密封性、牙髓状况为影响疗效的主要因素。结论 :磷酸钙骨水泥复合盖髓剂为理想的盖髓剂 ,优于氢氧化钙盖髓 ,值得进一步的研究和应用

Clinic study of compounding plup capping agents with calcium phosphate cement(CPC) using in vital plup conservative treatment.

Objective:Compounding plup capping agents with calcium phosphate cement(CPC) using in vital plup conservative treament was observed in clinic effect and affect factors.Methods:Compounding plup capping agents consisted of erythromycin,metronidazole indomethacin mixed with CPC.Compounding plup capping agents as direct plup capping agents were used in 78 exposed plup cases as experitmetal group. Pure calcium hydroxide were in 51 exposed plup cases as controls.Results:Experimental group success rate was 91.03%,controls was 72.55%, P <0.05.Meterial and cavity wall sealability and pulp condition were mostly factors affected therapeutic effection.Conclusion:The above findings showed that compounding plup capping agents with CPC appears superior to pure calcium hydroxide as plup capping agent and may have potential for clinic application.[
