早期牙隐裂的治疗及疗效观察

目的探讨牙隐裂的早期诊断和治疗的疗效。方法回顾性分析26例31颗早期牙隐裂的临床疗效与病程、裂隙深浅的关系。结果裂隙仅位于牙釉质者的成功率为100%,止于牙本质浅层者的成功率为85.71%,止于牙本质中层者为83.33%,达牙本质深层者的成功率为零。结论早期牙隐裂的病程短者疗效好优于病程长者,裂隙在牙本质中层以上者疗效优于牙本质深层者。

Clinical curative effect and treatment of early cracked teeth

[Objective] To study the early diagnosis and curative effect of cracked tooth by componte resin filling. [Methods] Make a retrospective analysis of the relationship between clinical effect and pathogenesis, depth of the fissure in cracked tooth. Aecording to 31 cracked teeth among 26 patients. [Results] The achievement ratio of the therapy to the teeth with fissure only located in enamel is 100%, which limited to the superficial layer of dentin is 85.71%, which limited to the middle layer of dentin is 83.33%, which reached the deep layer of dentin is 0. [Conclusion] The patients with short pathogenesis have a better therapeutic effect than the long pathogenesis, and the patients with fissure limited to the middle layer of dentin or above have a better therapeutic effect than which reached the deep layer of dentin.
