硫酸羟氯喹联合氟康唑治疗绝经期妇女口腔扁平苔藓临床疗效观察

摘    要:目的观察硫酸羟氯喹联合氟康唑抗念珠菌治疗绝经期妇女口腔扁平苔藓(OLP)中的临床疗效。方法128例确诊为OLP的绝经期妇女随机分为两组,治疗组66例采用硫酸羟氯喹联合氟康唑治疗,对照组62例采用硫酸羟氯喹治疗。结果治疗组治疗6月后糜烂型OLP患者中有效率明显优于对照组(P〈0.01),非糜烂型OLP疗效与对照组比较差异无显著性(P〉0.05)。结论硫酸羟氯喹联合氟康唑治疗能提高糜烂型OLP疗效,减少复发。

Abstract:Objective] To observe the clinical efficacy of hydroxychloroquine sulfate and fluconazole in the anti-Candida treatment of menopausal patients with oral lichen planus (OLP). Methods] The 128 menopausal women diagnosed as OLP were randomly divided into two groups: control group of 62 cases, was treated with hydroxyehloroquine sulfate; while the experimental group, 66 cases, used the combination therapy of hydroxychloroquine sulfate and fluconazole. Results] The effect of erosive OLP patients in the experimental group after 6 months was much better than that in the control group (P 〈0.01), but the effect of non-erosive OLP was not significantly different between the two groups (P 〉0.05). Conclusion] The combination therapy of hydroxyehloroquine sulfate and flueonazole can improve the efficacy and reduce the relapse rate of erosive OLP.
