人眼玻璃体内CXC配体16与2型糖尿病视网膜病变的关系

摘    要:目的 探讨人眼玻璃体内CXC配体16(CXCligand16,CXCL16)与2型糖尿病视网膜病变(diabeticretinopathy,DR)的关系。方法 选取2013年1月至2014年2月在安阳市眼科医院行玻璃体切割术的患者60例60眼为研究对象,根据疾病情况分为3组,对照组为无糖尿病的特发性黄斑前膜患者,NDR组为合并2型糖尿病但无DR的特发性黄斑前膜患者,DR组为2型糖尿病合并DR及玻璃体积血或牵拉性视网膜脱离患者,每组各20例20眼。所有患者均于玻璃体切割术中收集中央及周边皮质玻璃体,经酶联免疫吸附检测试剂盒定量测定各组不同部位玻璃体内CXCL16的含量并进行对比。结果 对照组、NDR组、DR组患者中央玻璃体内CXCL16浓度分别为(2.50±0.23)μg?L-1、(4.17±0.26)μg?L-1和(4.22±0.35)μg?L-1,周边皮质玻璃体内的CXCL16浓度分别为(4.43±0.21)μg?L-1、(6.35±0.24)μg?L-1和(6.73±0.34)μg?L-1,3组中央与周边皮质玻璃体中的CXCL16浓度比较差异均有统计学意义(均为P<0.05)。NDR组、DR组中央及周边皮质玻璃体内CXCL16的浓度均高于对照组(均为P<0.05),NDR组周边皮质玻璃体CXCL16浓度低于DR组(P<0.05)。结论 CXCL16可能与DR的发生有关,并有可能参与了DR的进展。

Abstract:Objective To discuss the relationship between intravitreal CXC ligand 16 ( CXCL16) and type 2 diabetic retinopathy ( DR) . Methods Sixty patients ( 60 eyes) from Anyang eye hospital during January 2013 to February 2014 were divided into three groups , 20 eyes in each group. Control group were idiopathic macular membrane patients which had no diabetic ; NDR group were idiopathic macular membrane patients which had diabetic but no DR; DR group, which had both diabetic and DR combined with vitreous hemorrhage or traction retinal detachment. The CXCL16 levels in different parts of vitreous body were detected by ELISA. Results The concentration of CXCL16 in peripheral part of vitreous in the three groups were (4. 43 + 0. 21) yg . L-l , (6. 35 +0. 24) Vg . L-l and (6. 73 +0. 34) Vg . L-l , respectively, which in the central part of vitreous were ( 2. 50 + 0. 23) yg ’ 1-’, (4. 17 + 0. 26) pdg . L-1 and (4. 22 + 0. 35 ) Vg . L -l , respectively, there were statistical differences (P < 0. 05 ) . Meanwhile. the CXCL16 concentration in the peripheral and central parts of vitreous in NDR group and DR group were higher than that in the control group ( all P < 0. 05 ) , and the CXCL16 concentration in the peripheral part of vitreous in NDR group was lower than that in DR group (P < 0. 05 ) . Conclusion CXCL16 may take part in the initiation and development of DR.
