连续性静脉-静脉血液透析在重症急性胰腺炎治疗中的应用及疗效

目的研究连续性静脉-静脉血液透析（CVVH）在重症急性胰腺炎治疗中的应用及疗效。方法回顾性分析42例重症急性胰腺炎患者的临床资料,其中20例采用药物治疗（A组）、22例采用CVVH＋药物治疗（B组）。比较两者腹部症状缓解,血浆IL-6、TNF-α、Amy浓度方面的差异。结果B组患者较A组腹部症状明显减轻（P〈0.05）;血清IL-6、TNF-α、Amy浓度B组患者较A组亦明显降低（P〈0.05）。结论CVVH能迅速减轻重症急性胰腺炎患者的局部症状,缩短病程,改善预后。

Observation of effects on patients with severe acute pancreatitis by CVVH

【Objective】To study application and effects on patients with severe acute pancreatitis （SAP） by CVVH （continuous vein-vein hemodialysis）. 【Mathods】Retrospectively analyzed the clinical data of 42 patients with SAP in our hospital from June 2002 to December 2007. All the patients were divided into two groups such as group A （20 cases） and group B （22 cases）, which were treated with medication and with CVVH ＋medication respectively. The differences of abdomen symptoms, the serum concentrations of IL-6, TNF-α, Amy were compared. 【Results】The abdomen symptoms of patients in group B were alleviated obviously than group B （P 0.05）, and serum concentrations of IL-6, TNF-α, Amy of patients in group B were lower than group A （P 0.05）.【Conclusion】 CVVH can alleviate rapidly the symptoms of patients with SAP, improve the patients prognosis.
