摘    要:目的]建立制备和评价对乙酰氨基酚包衣微丸的方法.方法]利用离心包衣造粒技术,制备对乙酰氨基酚包衣微丸,并用高分子聚合物水分散体包衣,评价包衣微丸的粉体学性质和释放特性. 结果]88%以上的微丸大小在210-1 660μm范围内,休止角为20.06°,平均水分含量为90.5mL/L, 脆碎度为1.11%±0.79%.当包衣液的流速低、主机转速快、包衣温度高及喷气压力大时制备的包衣微丸中的主药释放速度减慢结论]建立了用离心包衣造粒法制备包衣微丸的方法.

Abstract:OBJECTIVE To establish the method of preparing and evaluting acetaminophen film coated pellets. METHODS Acetaminophen film coated pellets were prepared by centrifugal-coating granulation method. The micromeritic and release characteristics were evaluated after coated by aqueous polymer dispersed coating solution. RESULTS The size of over the 88% of pellets were ranged 210-1 660 μm with the angle of repose at 20.06°. The moisture content and fragility of pellets were 90.5 mL/L and 1.11%±0.79%, respectively. As the delivery of coating solution was decreased, pan rotary speed and atomization air pressure were increased at higher coating temperature, the release rate of acetaminophen from coated pellets were decreased. CONCLUSION The preparation film coated pellets using centrifugal-coating granulation was established.
