| 摘 要： | 目的观察GLUMA系统处理剂治疗牙本质过敏症的临床疗效。方法选取牙齿感觉过敏症病人147例401个牙，随机分为两组：治疗组74例215个牙，用GLUMA系统处理剂脱敏；对照组73例186个牙，用750g／L氟化钠甘油脱敏，观察两组即刻，1个月，3个月后的疗效。结果各时间段治疗组疗效均优于对照组，其差异有显著性（P〈0．05）。结论GLUMA系统处理剂是一种较理想的治疗牙本质敏感症的药物。

| Abstract: | Objective To observe the clinical effects of GLUMA desensitizer in treatment of dentin hypersensitivity. Methods A total of 147 patients with dentin hypersensitivity were randomly divided into two groups, 74 patients with 215 teeth in treatment group were treated with GLUMA desensitizer, and 73 patients with 186 teeth in control group were treated with 750 g/L sodium fluoride. The immediate effective rate and effective rates after 1 - month and 3 - month treatments were tested. Results The effective rates of treatment group were significantly higher than those of control group in every period. There were statistically significant differences between the two groups （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion GLUMA desensitizer can be used as an ideal treatment for patients with dentin hypersensitivity. |
