| 摘 要： | 应用放射免疫测定法对５８ 例消化性溃疡患者空腹血浆ＣＧＲＰ水平作了测定，结果显示与正常组相比较，消化性溃疡患者血浆ＣＧＲＰ水平显著降低（Ｐ＜０－０１） ，溃疡愈合后血浆ＣＧＲＰ水平升高（ Ｐ＜ ０－０５），但仍低于正常对照组（Ｐ＜０－０１）。表明血浆ＣＧＲＰ含量降低可能是消化性溃疡的发病原因，且溃疡愈合后血浆ＣＧＲＰ水平不能恢复正常，可能是消化性溃疡病多发的原因之一。

| Abstract: | Plasma levels of CGRP were measured in 58 cases of peptic ulcer by radioimmunoassay. The results showed that they were significantly decreased (P<0.01) as compared with controls. The concentration of CGRP after healing of peptic ulcer was increased when it was compared with peptic ulcer groups(P<0.05).These results suggest that the lowering of plasma CGRP levels may be involved in the pathogenesis of peptic ulcer. |
