p21~(ras) p53 PCNA蛋白在胃癌组织中的表达

应用免疫组化Ｓ Ｐ法，检测５５ 例胃癌组织中ｐ２１ｒａｓ、ｐ５３、ＰＣＮＡ 蛋白的表达，结果发现：ｐ２１ｒａｓ、ｐ５３、ＰＣＮＡ 阳性率分别为３８－２％ 、２９－１％ 、８３－６％ 。ｐ２１ｒａｓ、ＰＣＮＡ过表达与胃癌浸润深度有关，ｐ５３、ＰＣＮＡ 过表达与胃癌淋巴结转移有关；在不同分化程度胃癌组间ｐ２１ｒａｓ、ｐ５３、ＰＣＮＡ表达均无显著差异。ＰＣＮＡ和ｐ２１ｒａｓ、ｐ５３ 表达组间均呈正相关，且ｐ２１ｒａｓ、ｐ５３ 协同表达可能在胃癌发生、发展中起重要作用。

The Expression of protein p21~(ras),p53 and PCNA in the tissues of Stomach Carcinoma

By using immunohistochemical method for detecting the expression of protein p21 {ras},p53 and PCNA in the tissues of 55 cases of stomach carcinoma. The results show that positive rate of p21 {ras},p53 and PCNA was 38.3%,29.1% and 83.6% respectively .The over expression of p21 {ras} and PCNA was related to the infiltration degress of stomach carcinoma(P<0.05), and over expression of protein p53 and PCNA was connected with metastasis of lymph node of variedly differentiated stomach carcinoma(P<0.05).However, there is no marked difference in the expression of protein p21 {ras}, p53 and PCNA between the cases of stomach carcinoma.The expression of protein PCNA, p21 {ras} and p53 among groups represents positive relationship.The results indicate that combined expression of p21 {ras} and p53 may play an important role in genesis and development of stomach carcinoma.
